Adam Arzt
VMD – Veterinarian
Dr. Arzt has been practicing veterinary medicine in the area since moving here in 1989 after graduation from the Veterinary School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also received his undergraduate degree from Penn and earned a Master’s degree in Physiology at Hahnemann University before attending veterinary school. Dr. Arzt established Metrowest Veterinary Associates in 1992. He served as President of the Massachusetts Veterinary Medical Association (MVMA) from 2015-2017 after serving as Treasurer from 2007-2012. He also served on the Board of Directors of the MVMA Charities from 2008-2013, acting as Treasurer during that time, and has been a member of the AVMA since 1989. Dr. Arzt received the Distinguished Services Award from the MVMA in 2013. In his off time, he enjoys skiing and hiking, as well as spending time with his wife Nancy and their 1 dog and 3 cats. Dr. Arzt is also an avid collector of vintage animation cels, the original acetates used to produce cartoons.
Pamela Regante
DVM- Medical Director
Dr. Regante graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013 and spent her clinical year at Auburn University. Dr. Regante is originally a New Jersey native, but she fell in love with New England prior to veterinary school and always planned on returning upon graduation. At work her main interests are feline medicine, dentistry, preventative care, and clinical pathology; but what she enjoys most is building relationships with her clients and their pets. Outside of work she enjoys kayaking, gardening, and reading. Dr. Regante has one dog, Pepperoni, and three cats, Dexter, Morty and Mister Manager.
Suzanne Starr
DVM- Veterinarian
Dr. Starr graduated from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1996 and completed an internship at the Angell Memorial Animal Hospital. She is certified in canine rehabilitation through the University of Tennessee. She has been working at Metrowest Veterinary Associates since 2001. She currently works part-time at Metrowest while owning and operating the Paws In Motion Veterinary Rehabilitation Center in Natick (www.pawsinmotionvet.com). Dr. Starr lives with her husband and three dogs.
Melissa Bickley
Practice Manager
Melissa has been the practice manager at Metrowest Veterinary Associates since October 2022. Melissa has a background in urgent care and emergency veterinary medicine, with interests in animal behavior and client education. She enjoys getting to know the clients and patients at the practice and supporting the team at Metrowest. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family, which includes three cats.

Client Service Representative
Melissa has been a client services representative at Metrowest Veterinary Associates since 2013. She enjoys being able to build a trusting relationship with clients and their pets. In her time off, Melissa can be found listening to Broadway musicals, eating delicious food, and spending time with her family.
Maria
Client Service Representative
Maria has been a client services representative at Metrowest Veterinary Associates since 1999. She enjoys welcoming patients and their parents to their appointments. Maria does what she can to help to reduce their stress as much as possible to make each visit a positive one. In her free time, Maria can be found reading, spending time with her family (including her adorable pets!) and participating in football as an assistant coach.
Cally
Shift Lead
Cally has been a client services representative at Metrowest Veterinary Associates since 2017 and a shift leader since September of 2022. In her free time, she enjoys genealogy and volunteers for Find a Grave. She lives in Milford with her family, including her 2 cats, Millie and Oliver.
Autumn
Technician Assistant
Autumn has been a technician assistant at Metrowest Veterinary Associates since June 2022. She is currently attending school and gaining skills to become a veterinary technician. She enjoys going on walks with her beloved dog, Bogie.
Cathy
Veterinary Technician
Cathy has been a veterinary technician at Metrowest Veterinary Associates since June 2021. She graduated from Mount Ida in 1994 and has worked as a technician since. Cathy enjoys getting to know clients, being able to use a fear-free approach with patients, and phlebotomy. When not at work, she spends her time horseback riding, at the gym, or crocheting. Cathy shares her home with Stevie, her cat who has no eyes.
Amanda
Veterinary Technician
Amanda has been a veterinary assistant since 2018 and joined the Metrowest Veterinary Associates team as a technician in late 2023! Amanda has two black Labradors, Bean, Guinness and three cats, Mason, Swayer and Cedar. She also has chickens and ducks! Most of her friends and family say that she lives at a zoo. When Amanda is not at work you will most likely find her working on a new DIY project, gardening or reading about veterinary medicine.
Anne
Credentialed Veterinary Technician
Anne has been a veterinary technician at Metrowest Veterinary Associates since 1997. She graduated from Mount Ida College in 1987 and is a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT). Anne enjoys all aspects of her job but especially enjoys that the innovation of veterinary medicine means that she is always learning and building on her knowledge. Anne relaxes with reading and karate; She has earned a 5th-degree black belt.
Pam
Credentialed Veterinary Technician
Pam has been a veterinary technician at Metrowest Veterinary Associates since the clinic opened in 1993. She is a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT) and enjoys preparing pets for surgeries, monitoring anesthesia, and supporting patients through recovery. When not at work, Pam spends her free time baking/cooking and spending time with her two cats.
